Stop Losing Referrals

Referral leak inspection for local service pros

Someone just asked for a good pro. Were you the answer?

Right now people are asking Google, Siri, ChatGPT, Nextdoor and the neighbor over the fence who to call. If your name doesn't come up, that referral goes to somebody else. We find every place you're leaking referrals and plug them, the honest way.

Takes about 4 minutes. No card, no call needed.

Where referrals get decided

Nine places customers pick a pro

A referral used to mean a neighbor saying your name. Today it's also a map pin, a voice answer and a chatbot reply. Miss any one of these and you lose jobs you never knew about.

Google & Google Maps

The map pack

Wrong category, old hours, no photos, or no profile at all. Google sends the call to whoever looks most ready.

Bing & Copilot

The other search engine

Bing powers Windows search, Microsoft Copilot and many car screens. Most of your competitors never claimed it.

Apple Maps & Siri

"Hey Siri, find a…"

Every iPhone owner who asks Siri or taps Apple Maps sees whatever Apple has on file. Often that's nothing.

AI assistants

ChatGPT and friends

More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot who to hire. If AI doesn't know you, it names someone else.

Reviews

The stars and the dates

Too few reviews, old reviews, or no replies. Shoppers skip right past and call the one with fresh five stars.

Neighbors

Nextdoor and Facebook groups

"Who do you use for…?" gets posted every day. If no one tags you, you're not in the running.

Past customers

Your happiest fans

They'd gladly pass you on, but can't remember your name or find your number when a friend asks.

Partner pros

Other trades

Realtors, inspectors and pros in other trades get asked for names all the time. Are they giving yours?

The front door

Calls, texts and forms

The referral found you, then hit voicemail or waited a day for a reply. They called the next name on the list.

What one leak costs

Do the math on a few more jobs

You don't need a flood of new customers. Plugging leaks usually means catching a few jobs a month that were already looking for you.

Your own numbers, not a promise. Every business and town is different.

That's worth this much a year

Your Business TAP OR SCAN TO CALL

The Pass-It-On Keychain

The referral that rides on their keyring

Every customer gets a keychain with your name, a scan code and a tap chip. When a friend asks "who did your roof?", they hold out their keys. One tap and the friend can call you, text you, save your number or book.

Playing fair

Only the honest way

Shortcuts get businesses banned from Google and fined. Everything we do follows the rules of Google, Bing, Apple, Facebook and the FTC.

We always

  • Ask every customer for a review the same way
  • Reply to bad reviews kindly and fix what we can
  • Use your real name, address and phone
  • Text only people who said it's OK
  • Show you anything before it goes out in your name

We never

  • Write fake reviews or buy them
  • Pay or reward anyone for a review
  • Ask only happy customers to review you
  • Stuff keywords into your business name
  • Make fake listings or fake addresses

Questions

Fair questions

Do I need a website?

It helps a lot, but you can start without one. If you don't have a site, we'll help you get a simple one set up.

Will you get me to number one on Google?

Nobody can honestly promise that, and you should be careful of anyone who does. What we promise is that every place people look will show you, show you correctly, and make it easy to call you.

How fast will I see more calls?

Some leaks, like missed-call text back and a review link, start working the same week. Maps and AI changes usually take a few weeks to a few months to settle in.

Is there a contract?

Plans start with three months, because your first keychains and listing work are done up front. After that it's month to month.

Do you only work in Ohio?

No. We started in Wayne and Holmes County, Ohio, and we work with local service pros anywhere in the US.

I already have someone doing my marketing.

Great. The free Leak Check is a handy second opinion. Hand it to them, or let us plug just the spots they don't cover.
