The service

StopLosingReferrals.com helps local businesses fix their online listings, reviews process, follow-up and referral tools. The free Leak Check is general information, not a guarantee of results.

No ranking promises

Search engines, map apps and AI assistants decide what they show. We can't promise any ranking, position or number of calls, and we won't.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan starts with a three-month term, then continues month to month until you cancel. Cancel with notice before your next billing date. Extras like printing and ad budgets are billed separately.

Your accounts

Listings and profiles stay in your business's name and you keep the logins. If you leave, we'll point your keychain codes to your own website or phone.

Playing by the rules

We follow the rules of Google, Bing, Apple, Facebook, Nextdoor and the FTC. We won't post fake reviews, pay for reviews, or ask only happy customers to review you, and we ask that you don't either.

Your approval

You approve any review reply, post or message before it goes out in your name, unless you tell us in writing that we can post certain kinds on our own.

Text messages

If you tick the box on one of our forms, Slabaugh LLC (StopLosingReferrals) may text you about your Leak Report and your plan. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Texts we send for your business to your customers go only to customers who agreed to hear from you, and each one lets them reply STOP.
